Theodosios Neamonitis, DPT Dr. Theodosios Neamonitis, PT, DPT

Dr. Theodosios Neamonitis, PT, DPT received his Master's degree at Long Island University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University. Dr. Neamonitis is the President and owner of Millennium Physical Therapy.

Dr. Neamonitis has extensive knowledge and experience in manual therapy with a focus on joint mobilization, trigger point and myofascial therapy, and sports specific rehabilitation. He specializes in shoulder, knee and spinal rehabilitation. He is a long time member of the Orthopedic Section and the Sports Physical Therapy Section of the APTA.

Dr. Neamonitis's goal is to provide the best physical therapy care to his patients in a comfortable and compassionate environment. He is able to achieve this by providing individualized, hands on treatments and educating his patients on health and wellness. Dr. Neamonitis believes in treating patients as a whole person and not just limiting treatment to the diagnosis for which they were referred.

Oscar F. Alvarez, PT, MBA Oscar F. Alvarez, PT, MBA

Oscar F. Alvarez, PT, MBA, received his Physical Therapy degree from Florida International University in 1997. In addition Oscar has an MBA and is currently seeking his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Oscar's philosophy in Physical Therapy is "We need to get to the root of the problem to correct your symptoms".

Oscar has completed extensive training in manual therapy and spinal manipulation courses from the University of St. Augustine, Trigger Point courses, courses from the Institute of Physical Arts, and is currently completing his Pilates certification, TMJ certification, and planning his certification in Active Release Therapy (ART).

Oscar's specializes in pathologies involving spinal dysfunction as well as treatment of other orthopedic and sports injuries. His multi-faceted approach including joint manipulation, myofascial release, McConnell taping, MWM's (movement with mobilization), and Pilates is geared towards patient independence.

Oscar enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He is involved in various community events, and enjoys active participation in sports.

Louis Papagianakis, PT Louis Papagianakis, MPT, CSCS

Louis Papagianakis, MPT, CSCS received his Bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University and his Master's of Physical Therapy from Hunter College. Louis is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He served as a physical therapist for the Long Island Lizards and Long Island Rough Riders. He has completed multiple continuing education courses with a focus on orthopaedic and sports specific rehabilitation. Louis specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and sports populations and has been involved in the rehabilitation of athletes on the high school, collegiate and professional level.

Dianne Tinana, PT Dianne Tinana, PT

Dianne Tinana, PT received her degree in Physical Therapy from De La Salle University - Health Sciences Campus in the Philippines. She has served as a Physical Therapist in Healthway Medical Clinics and Alabang Medical Center in Manila, Philippines.

Dianne has been a physical therapist with MPTSM for several years and has proven to be an excellent clinician, in addition to a caring and compassionate person. Dianne has attended numerous continuing education courses with a focus on manual therapy, including myofascial trigger point techniques and joint mobilization/manipulation with Maitland Australian Physiotherapy.

Dianne specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including TMJ conditions and pediatric physical therapy. Her clinical skills and ability to use clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice allows her to provide optimal patient care.
